Attorney Jin Hee Lee of K-Law Consulting participated in the process of a US company investing in a Korean company from start to finish, and successfully completed all of the necessary procedures, from contract review and execution to remittance. In particular, legal review and practical work on the Foreign Exchange Transaction Act were important.
