We are thrilled to announce that Timothy Jun, a California-licensed lawyer, has joined our firm as Of Counsel, and his presence will strengthen our practice area of foreign investment into the United States and allow us to better serve our clients.

Timothy Jun has extensive experience in corporate, business, and investment areas in the US and Korea. In particular, he has represented clients in numerous international business transactions, including foreign investment, cross-border M&A, joint ventures, and W&I insurance. He also has expertise in the entertainment industry.

Timothy Jun and Jin Hee Lee, the President of K-Law Consulting, have worked together for many years until recently as corporate/ M&A lawyers at Lee & Ko, one of the premier full-service law firms in Korea.
